What does WardenIQ do today?
WardenIQ parses freight quote requests from your Outlook inbox — including multi-stop shipments — lets you enter your rate per lane, pushes quotes to a cloud dashboard, and tracks win/loss outcomes so you can see what's working.
What about live market rates and smart pricing?
We're integrating with industry-leading freight data providers to bring live spot rates and suggested pricing directly into your workflow. In the meantime, you get real-time weather alerts, market conditions, and seasonal factors for every lane.
Does it actually get smarter over time?
Yes. Every time you mark a quote as won or lost, WardenIQ builds your pricing history by customer and lane. The customer intelligence dashboard shows win rates, margin trends, and competitive analysis — and it gets sharper with every quote.
How does lane scoring work?
WardenIQ analyzes your quote history across four dimensions: how balanced your wins are on a lane, how consistent the lane has been over time, whether activity is trending up or down, and whether your quoting and winning patterns line up. It scores lanes from your exact city pairs first, then falls back to the broader freight market, state, or region — so even a lane you've never quoted has intelligence behind it. You see it in plain English: "You win this lane consistently" or "Quoted 40 times, no wins — consider repricing."
What equipment types are supported?
Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, Hotshot, Power Only, Lowboy, Double Drop, Tanker, Auto Carrier, and Hopper. The parser recognizes all 12 equipment types automatically from the email text.
How does the Outlook add-in get installed?
Your IT admin deploys it from the Microsoft 365 admin center (admin.microsoft.com) under Integrated Apps. It takes about 5 minutes. Once deployed, the WardenIQ button appears in every user's Outlook — desktop, web, and the new Outlook app. No desktop install required.
Can I import my existing quoting history?
Yes. We support CSV import from common quoting formats. Your historical data feeds directly into the analytics engine, so you get lane intelligence and customer insights from day one — not just from the quotes you send going forward.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted on encrypted US-based servers with TLS encryption on every connection. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, email credentials use Fernet symmetric encryption, and every database query is tenant-isolated — your organization's data is never accessible to another. The Outlook add-in only has ReadItem permission (it can read the email you're viewing, nothing else). We don't sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service.
